Slice ½ cucumber into half circles, 4 tomatoes into cubes and 1 red onion into half rings. Mix the cucumber, tomatoes and onion with 100 g black olives (Greek), 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1 tsp dried oregano. Stir 1 drained tub of SoFine SoCheeze cubes mixed olives (250 g) into the salad. Dress with 2-3 tbsp of the oil from the cubes. Season the salad to taste with pepper.
tip: delicious with French bread or pita bread.
