Slice 3 mini cucumbers. Spoon 100 g hummus into a small bowl. Place 1 drained tub of SoFine SoCheeze cubes mixed olives cheese cubes (250 g) with a little oil from the cubes in a small bowl. Place the bowls on a plank or serving tray. Arrange the sliced cucumbers, 100 g green and/or black olives, 75 g unsalted almonds, 250 g cherry tomatoes and 75 g semi-dried tomatoes on the plank. Delicious with grissini or sliced French bread.
tip: Prepare the appetisers 1-2 hours in advance, cover and save in the fridge or a cool place until serving.
