Het zou fijn zijn als je iedereen in je omgeving meteen kon overtuigen van je duurzame eetgewoonten. Bereid jezelf voor<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk en dat geldt ook in deze overlevingsstrategie.
