Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Doe de olijfolie in een pannetje, voeg de 2 geplette teentjes knoflook toe en verwarm gedurende 30 seconden op hoog vuur. Gooi knoflookteentjes weg en besprenkel met olijfolie over de broodkruimels, strooi wat zout erover en schep door tot het brood goed is bedekt met de olijfolie. Bak het broodkruim gedurende 15-20 minuten, schep regelmatig met een lepel door.<\/p>\n<p>Maak vervolgens de dressing door alle ingredi\u00ebnten door elkaar te mengen. Pers een teentje knoflook uit en meng deze door de dressing. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Zet de dressing apart. Maak de sperziebonen schoon. Kook de sperziebonen in water met zout in ongeveer 3-5 minuten beetgaar. Was de krop sla en snijd in stukjes en verdeel over 2 borden. Laat de sperziebonen uitlekken en verdeel over de sla. Bak in een pan de SoChicken Sticks volgens gebruiksaanwijzing. Snijd de SoChicken Sticks in stukjes en verdeel over de sla. Serveer met de dressing, kappertjes en de croutons.\u00a0<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: je kunt de croutons ook vervangen door kant en klare croutons.
