Verhit 2 el olie in een wok op matig vuur. Bak 1 schaal tofu a la minute (180 g) 2 min. al omscheppend. Voeg 2 tl geraspte gember en 1 teentje fijngehakte knoflook toe en bak 1 min. mee. Schep 125 g kleine broccoliroosjes en \u00bd rode paprika in blokjes erdoor en bak nog 3 min. Voeg ten slotte 1 bosuitje in ringetjes, 2 el zoete chilisaus en 2 el sojasaus toe en bak nog 1 min mee. Schep de rijst in 2 diepe borden.
